At Berenda, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers in the UAE.
Due to the nature of dropshipping, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
2. Returns
A) Defective or Damaged Products
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide photos or video evidence of the defect.
- Once verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a full refund.
- Return shipping for defective products will be covered by Berenda.ae / supplier.
B) Change-of-Mind / Wrong Choice
- If you simply change your mind or order the wrong product, returns may be accepted at your cost.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- If you refuse the COD order at delivery, the product will be returned to Berenda.ae.
- The order will be canceled, and no payment will be collected.
- You may incur return shipping charges depending on courier policies.
4. Online Payment Orders
- Refunds will be processed through your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Product must include all accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any).
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as final sale
- Personalized/custom products (if any)
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
7. Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective.
- We recommend using trackable shipping for all returns.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
